The seminar is called “Transforming Church Visitors into Passionate Members”. It is about 6 1/2 hours in length and is usually presented in an all-day format 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with lunch and coffee breaks. Can also be presented in an evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and from 9 to 12 the following morning.

Dr. Brown meets with the pastor(s), deacons, elders of each church before the seminar. This may be best the day before the seminar. This session helps church leaders to experience their own relationship with God and with one another. This has proven very valuable in profoundly impacting the whole church as it grapples with the issue of in-depth relationships within its membership and developing an attractiveness to visitors.
